John Jeffries — Managing Director
Mr. Jeffries is the co-founder of M3 Equity Advisors and M3 Advisory Group LLC. Prior to M3, he was a partner with Hancock Partners, LLP. Mr. Jeffries has over twenty five years of extensive experience in the design, implementation and execution of valuation models for public and private ownership of corporations and partnerships.
Mr. Jeffries received his degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst; he acquired the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and obtained his M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
He is an RIA Representative and holds the NASD Series 6, 7, 63, 65.
Mr. Jeffries is an investor in The Cottage Restaurant Group, he was co-founder, of U.S. Seafood Corp, Plymouth Street Partners, Selective Technology Sales. Mr Jeffries has over 25 years of Boardroom, Corporate and Municipal Governance experience. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Armstrong Ambulance Corp a 60 year old privately held business. In 2016 he was elected Selectman and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Selectman in Dover MA. He was elected President , then Chairman of the Board of the Wellesley Community Center. He served two terms as a Member of the Finance and Budget Committee in the Town of Wellesley, Massachusetts. His Philanthropy and Charity work includes, Hero's 2 Scholars Foundation and The United States Marine Corp. Sempre Fi Fund . He served on the board of the Wellesley Historical Society and was a three time Co-President of the Dover Sherborn Education Fund.
Mr. Jeffries played Football at the University Massachusetts and was a member of 3 Conference Champion teams. He is the Author of Athletes and Injuries .
Patrick R. Davis, CLU, ChFC — Principal, Director of Business Development
Patrick is a certified Chartered Financial Consultant, a proven senior business development & marketing executive with over 30 years of experience. A trusted advisor of numerous business owners and high net worth clients on wealth management, insurance, retirement planning and strategies for generational wealth transfer.
Patrick was recruited out of Syracuse University to join the John Hancock marketing management executive sales training program and spent the next 20 years with John Hancock. Patrick co-founded M3 Capital Advisors in 2002 to serve the unique needs of the private equity community and their portfolio companies. Business development, relationship management, client management and driving revenue growth extension among existing and new client bases.
Patrick is a well established strategic ‘connector’ for profit and non-profit board development and fundraising to move toward sustainability.
Patrick is a passionate advocate for at-risk youth and serves as board member of the Waltham Boys & Girls Club, the BASE a Roxbury, MA based non-profit using baseball to transform lives of urban youth.
Patrick received a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and CLU & ChFC designations from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.
Chris Browne - Director of Insurance Services
Chris Browne joined M3 in 2016 following thirty year career in insurance including at Lloyds of London, Travelers and AIG.
Chris has developed a specialty providing Personal and Corporate Benefits, not only to assist Corporations and Partnerships, but also to help business owners and their employees protect themselves and their families from financial implications of accidents, illness and disability.
Shant Avedikian — Client Services Manager
Shant joined M3 Advisory Group LLC, as a Client Service Manager in November of 2018. In his role, Shant is responsible for handling clients’ day-to-day cash needs, implementing changes to their asset allocations to meet their investment-related goals, and assisting in developing financial planning concepts.
Shant also performs the monthly billing process and is in charge of maintaining M3 compliance requirements. Shant's responsibility is to act as a liaison to clients, ensuring the smooth and timely coordination of the many unique and varied services provided to M3’s clients.
Alex Dombrowski- Office Intern
Alex joined M3 Advisory Group LLC, as the Office Intern in March of 2018. Alex is currently majoring in sales management at Bentley University.
Alex is responsible for administrative tasks as well as book keeping. Alex also completes projects around M3's marketing and provides technical support.
